Of special note is the document titled “Tips for hosting a successful Day of Remembrance event,” which includes a lot of the basics one needs for setting up such an event.   Beyond the Binary is a tool-kit for gender identity activism in schools. It was co-created by the Gay-Straight Alliance Network, the Transgender Law Center, and the National Center for Lesbian Rights, and includes a section on starting a Transgender Day of Remembrance event.
